Planet Guinea is home to Residents and Guests who need to regain their confidence in Humans again before going on to find their Forever Home. We believe every Guinea has something to offer us and a reason for being, all Guineas will eventually capture a Human Heart and in so doing will educate that Human in the Guinea way. Humans believe that there is no such thing as an Ugly Guinea which makes their job sooooo much easier.

All our residents have a part to play on the Planet whether it is appearing in magazines/newspapers or in public- from vet lectures to nursery schools! When their time is finished on the Planet they say goodbye and become a Star in the Rodentia Galaxy- the biggest and brightest star being Phoebe Gorgeous.

With so many mouths to feed and a couple of guineas with bladder sludge problems the Human started to consider growing herbage and grass. Two boys had been put on a grass and hay diet, it seemed so unfair not to include the others! And so our Herbage was born, with more research we found an ideal Timothy Grass that the guineas love because of its leafiness (our term for it!). But we are very strict and make them eat the stems too. We also have a variety of grass mixes suited to guinea pigs.
